MGSGT – A life’s work does not arise from knowledge

There are life’s works that spring from a good idea.
And there are life’s works that spring from a life well-lived.
I believe MGSGT belongs to the second kind.
Anyone looking at our five pillars today will see breathing, mental training, bodywork, energy work and meditation. Yet these five pillars are not the origin.
The origin is us.
Mauro and I.
Two people who did not take the easy path, but the honest one.

We didn’t set up MGSGT because we wanted to create a business. Nor did we set it up because we wanted to develop a new method.
We have created something that has grown gradually – out of experiences, encounters, joy, disappointments, losses and a deep willingness to remain learners ourselves, time and again.
Every person carries their own story. We do too.
There have been times full of hope and times full of doubt. Times when life posed questions to which we initially had no answers. Relationships that sustained us. Relationships that caused pain. Farewells that were almost impossible to put into words. And, time and again, the decision not to become bitter, but to keep learning.
Perhaps that is precisely what makes our life’s work so special.

MGSGT wasn’t developed at a desk.
It was lived through.
Each of our five pillars was first put to the test in our own lives. Not in theory. But in those places where life hurts. Where decisions have to be made. Where forgiveness is difficult. Where fear, responsibility and hope coexist.
What people are discovering today as a method was our own journey yesterday. That is why MGSGT does not feel like a concept. It feels like experience.
Perhaps that is why people entrust their stories to us. Not because we have perfect answers. But because we know what it feels like to endure questions.

For decades, we have had the privilege of supporting people. Some only for a short time. Others for many years. There were people who entrusted their loved ones to us before they passed away, because they knew that here they would not simply be looked after, but truly seen.
You cannot buy that kind of trust. It arises only where knowledge and humanity are inextricably linked.
And perhaps that is precisely the very essence of MGSGT. Not the five pillars. Not the seminars. Not the training courses. But the ethos that underpins it all.
No one needs to walk their path alone.

These days, many people talk about success. For Mauro and me, success was never primarily about money or fame. For us, success meant that a person found hope again. That someone could breathe freely once more after years of struggle. That relationships healed. That someone found the courage to go their own way.
But a life’s work also involves a realisation that we both had to learn over the years. Anyone who is constantly there for others must not forget the value of their own work.
For a life’s work that is meant to accompany people across generations requires more than just dedication. It also requires stability.
Perhaps that is why a new chapter is now beginning. Not because our values are changing. But because we recognise that a life’s work can grow without losing its soul.
When people encounter MGSGT today, they encounter more than just knowledge. They encounter two people who have not hidden their own lives. We have transformed them.

For knowledge can be learnt. Methods can be adopted. But only a life lived to the full can give hope.
Over the years, the life’s work known as MGSGT has emerged from our names – Mauro Galluccio and Gianna Snežana Galluccio Tress.
Perhaps that is the most beautiful thought that has stayed with me over the last few days. Not that we have built a brand. Not that we have developed a method. But that something was allowed to emerge from our own lives which today offers other people guidance, hope and trust.
When I look back today on the journey we have taken together, I realise that no pain was in vain. No encounter. No farewell. No hope. No doubt. Everything has left its mark.

And, step by step, our life’s work has emerged from all these traces. Not perfect. But honest. Not flawless. But true. And perhaps that is precisely where its greatest strength lies.
Two people who have forged a path from their own lives, along which others can now walk more confidently.
