Terms and Conditions of MGSGT Lebensschule e.K.
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts relating to participation in events organised by MGSGT Lebensschule e.K., in particular seminars, courses, training and further education programmes, retreats, trips and other events, regardless of whether these take place online or in person.
2. Contracting party
The contracting party is MGSGT Lebensschule e.K., owner: Mauro Galluccio, Fuldastraße 4, 70376 Stuttgart.
3. Conclusion of the contract
Registration for an event must be made in writing, electronically or via a booking system and constitutes a binding offer. The contract comes into effect upon written or electronic confirmation by MGSGT Lebensschule e.K.
4. Services
The nature and scope of the services are set out in the relevant event description. We reserve the right to make changes to the programme for practical reasons, provided that the overall nature of the event remains unchanged.
5. Eligibility criteria & personal responsibility
Participation is at your own risk. The services offered do not constitute medical, therapeutic or psychotherapeutic treatment and are not a substitute for such treatment.
6. Terms of payment
The participation fee must be paid in full upon receipt of the invoice and no later than the start of the event, unless otherwise agreed.
7. Cancellation by participants
Cancellations must be made in writing. The date on which the notice of cancellation is received by MGSGT Lebensschule e.K. shall be decisive.
The following cancellation terms apply:
– Up to 60 days before the start of the event: 30% of the total price
– 59 to 30 days before the start of the event: 50% of the total price
– 29 to 7 days before the start of the event: 75% of the total price
– from 6 days before the start of the event, in the event of a no-show or cancellation: 100% of the total price
A suitable replacement participant may be nominated subject to prior agreement.
8. Cancellation or alteration of events
MGSGT Lebensschule e.K. reserves the right to cancel or postpone events for good cause (e.g. illness, force majeure, insufficient numbers of participants). In such cases, any participation fees already paid will be refunded. No further claims shall be accepted.
9. Liability
MGSGT Lebensschule e.K. shall only be liable for damages resulting from wilful misconduct or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence shall only apply in the event of a breach of material contractual obligations.
10. Copyright and usage rights
All content made available as part of the events is subject to copyright and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.
11. Final provisions
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Stuttgart, to the extent permitted by law. Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
