A letter to you – for greater clarity about your inner influence
It all begins with a thought.
Not with the body. Not with a symptom.
Not with a diagnosis or a stroke of fate.
But with what you hold to be true deep down.
With what you think, believe, expect – and repeat over and over again.
Repetition is reinforcement.
And what you think often enough becomes reality.
Not because you want it to – but because you create it energetically.
The mental body – where it all begins
In the teachings of the subtle realms, we speak of the mental body –
a level of your being that operates far beyond the physical body.
This is where your thoughts, beliefs and inner images arise.
And from here they send their signals –
to your nervous system, your hormones, your muscles, your cells.
The body does not react out of nowhere.
It is not a random saboteur.
It is a faithful translator of your inner world.
So when you think:
“There is something wrong with me”,
your body will begin to behave accordingly.
Not to punish you –
but to show you honestly what you believe about yourself.
Your body is your mirror – not your enemy
As long as you focus your attention solely on symptoms,
you fight the messages instead of understanding them.
Your body means you no harm.
It is the last in the line,
not the first.
It shows you – sometimes loudly, sometimes quietly –
where your thinking has become clouded, constricted or alienated.
It carries out what your mental body has instructed it to do.
And that instruction is:
‘What you believe about yourself must become visible.’
Change begins with awareness
You don’t need to ‘optimise’ your body.
But you can start by taking an honest look at your thoughts.
What do you think about yourself when things go quiet?
What do you believe about healing, ageing, pain, health, worth?
What phrases does your inner critic whisper every day?
If you don’t consciously steer your thoughts,
they steer you – often unnoticed, but powerfully.
The good news is:
You are not at their mercy.
You can think anew at any time. Feel anew. Act anew.
You are not your body – but you are its source
The body is not your master.
It is your tool. Your expression. Your friend.
You are not your pain. Not your illness. Not your limit.
You are consciousness.
And this consciousness is creative.
Thoughts are not fleeting wisps of mist –
they are the building blocks of your reality.
Conclusion: The power of your thoughts is your key
If you want to experience your body anew,
you must first shed light on your mind.
Not through control – but through awareness.
Not through fear – but through clarity.
When you change the direction of your thoughts,
you are following the natural law of creation:
First mind. Then matter.
First thought. Then body.
First consciousness. Then life.
And that means:
You have more influence than you realise.
Not over everything –
but over what matters most.
Change your thinking –
and you will experience your life anew.
