Always keep going. Always be strong. Never show weakness.
And at some point you ask yourself:
What will be left of me when I finally stop?
I’ve been observing this for years:
Men fight on the outside – at work, at home, in sport – yet often lose themselves on the inside in the process.
They build muscle, but lose touch with their own breath.
They keep going – but never pause.
They remain silent – even when something inside them is screaming.
I am writing this as a woman, as a life and health mentor – and as the founder of the MGSGT School of Life, together with my husband Mauro.
I am writing it because something moves me. Because I am convinced:
Men need new spaces – and yoga can be one of them.
But not just any yoga.
Not the soft-focus, often esoterically charged women’s yoga you see everywhere.
Not the hyper-flexible, circus-like yoga on Instagram.
But an honest, clear space.
From man to man.
From breath to breath.
From truth to truth.
I’d like to see a yoga space for men where there’s no putting on a show – but where genuine growth takes place.
A space where the focus isn’t on ‘achieving more’, but on feeling more.
Not to please others, but to grow.
Not to appear strong – but to be strong.
That’s exactly what Mauro is now offering:
An online yoga course – from man to man.
Structured. Powerful. Clear.
Based on the 5 pillars of our work at MGSGT:
Breathwork. Mental training. Physical exercises. Energy work. Meditation.
I know hardly anyone who has shouldered as much responsibility as Mauro:
Professionally, in his family life, physically. And yet – or perhaps precisely because of this – he forgot about himself for a long time.
Until he began breathwork.
It didn’t just strengthen him back then – it led him to healing.
Since then, his breath has guided him like an inner compass.
And today he guides other men – with this knowledge, with this experience, with a genuine heart.
His course isn’t just another lifestyle programme.
It’s a journey.
For men who want to get to know their bodies anew.
For men who want to reclaim their energy.
For men who want to reconnect with themselves.
A form of yoga that doesn’t just take place on the mat – but throughout your whole life.
Because what’s the point of stretching your body if your inner self remains constricted?
What’s the point of learning to breathe if you never take a deep breath?
Perhaps this is exactly what you need right now:
To stop striving – and simply feel yourself.
To stop functioning – and simply breathe.
Not to struggle – but to arrive.
And if you want:
Mauro is here.
Authentic. Calm. Powerful.
