A year full of contrasts
Some years slip by quietly, whilst others leave a lasting mark – 2025 was one of those intense years.
For Mauro and me, it was marked by highs and lows, successes and challenges, light and shadow.
We had the privilege of leading powerful retreats and enjoying fulfilling trips to Venice with our team,
yet at the same time we were also faced with goodbyes and personal trials.
The Gift of Change
This year has also been a year of change. Our work as mentors for life and health has evolved.
We have begun to restructure our programmes – making them clearer, more purposeful and more in tune with the times.
At the same time, we are letting go of what no longer feels right – that, too, is part of the journey.
Our training and development programmes are also currently being restructured:
Our seminars are being modernised, reorganised and infused with a fresh spirit – in keeping with the times.
Learning in new worlds
With great respect for the changing times, we have ventured into the world of digitalisation.
We are learning about artificial intelligence, modern technology and the possibilities they offer.
Not because we ‘have to’, but because we feel deeply that a language of awareness is possible in these fields too.
Gratitude for what has been – and for what remains
Perhaps we haven’t achieved everything we set out to do.
Perhaps we placed our trust in certain people or paths that turned out differently than we had hoped.
And yet there is a deep sense of gratitude within us:
For our shared journey, for the knowledge that sustains us, for all the people who accompany us.
Gratitude to all those who have walked with us:
To our team.
To all the wonderful people who have joined us on our retreats.
To those who travelled with us to Venice.
To everyone who joins us week after week in our online yoga classes.
To everyone who trusts us as mentors for their lives and their health.
And yes – including all those situations in which we were put to the test.
Even the difficult things deserve gratitude.
For they strengthen our mental resilience, our courage, our clarity.
And they allow us to grow more deeply than any comfort zone ever could.
A look at you – yes, you specifically
If you are reading this text right now, then I invite you to honour yourself too.
Look back on your year – not with judgement, but with compassion.
What have you overcome?
Where have you grown?
What have you been able to let go of?
What have you been able to forgive?
And what – quite honestly – are you grateful for?
They don’t have to be grand deeds.
Sometimes the most precious things lie in the quiet moments.
In a smile. In a tear.
In a decision that was made just for you.
I wish you the ability to look back on everything that has passed with a grateful heart – for true gratitude is the key to inner growth, peace and quiet success.
With gratitude from Mauro and me
Gianna
